Hello didi,, I came on your RU-vid channel from one of your google blog. I also want to be a blooger. Can you please guide me about this. I'm from West Bengal. I already purchased an online blooging course, but it doesn't work. Please help me didi. 😔🙏
I'm trying this recipe right now because I have 2 cups of atta left, and want to make pitas. Do these really require 6 whole tablespoons of oil?? I guess I'll find out later... LATER: Yeah, these are heavy and oily. They have far too much oil in them. I don't know in what sort of world these are healthier than pita with maybe 2 tbsps of olive oil in them. All that oil stamps out any redeeming qualities the atta might provide.
Tried this for dinner and it turned out great 👍🏽 My Maharashtrian tastebuds are used to curry a specific way so I only made two minor adjustments: - turmeric and lime for marinading the shrimp - asofoetida on hot sunflower oil before cooking the masala Turned out amazing!
Great recipe, thank you! One small suggestion - the measurements only come on the screen for a second or less. Very difficult to read in that time. I had to go back a lot of times to read again and note them down. Please ensure they appear on the screen for a couple of seconds, and a little larger in font. People who are interested in following your recipe will need to read them for sure
Oh! I live in Brazil and we have a lot of sandwichs with banana. I love with peanut butter and another with ricota (it's a kind of white cheese), honey and nuts.
I think the pressurizing step for the chicken needs a lot more water. This burn notice happened twice to me. If you get burn notice, pour in some hot water and use a spatula to deglaze, try to pressurize again
