This ragi soup is my ultimate comfort meal when I’m feeling unwell. It quite literally nurses me back to health because of how nutritious and immunity-boosting it is - not to mention, delicious!

0:10 - Saute jeera, ginger, carrots and beans
0:21 - Add water, salt pepper
0:32 - Add mushrooms
0:41 - Prepare ragi mix, pour into pan, stir and cook
1:02 - Add a little water to fix consistency and cook
1:11 - Serve!
