Hey there! Yes the bubble effect in 11:34 can be done by using Bubble Soap; simply dip the nozzle with bubble soap and press the fog button! As for our fog solution itself, it is food-grade so technically it is safe for food consumption!

Hey thanks for asking! We have a smart cooldown system, where every second of rest gains 1 second of Spray time! so resting the machine for 10 seconds will gain 10 seconds of burst, so on. Hope this makes sense!
After waiting 3 months for my smoke Ninja, I received it, but the device only works partially. Steam works quite well, but Fog and Dryice only work for 3 seconds and then it turns off. I am doing something wrong or is it the device, is it under warranty? Greetings
