1999 Graduate in Indiana.. We we full on Adults as a Junior/Senior.. I moved out of my parents house into a rental house in the country with 3 other guys 2 weeks after graduation. Went to College a year later, as I partied and worked a crappy job washing cars at the local dealership. Went to College for 2 years, dropped out, got a job at the telephone company in town, worked my way up to Project Engineer over the last 19yrs of working there.. I feel sorry for kids these days that have no job opportunities, and are so immature they wouldn't survive on their own.. Computers, Internet, Soc Media, and Cell phones have ruined society.
I'm currently a school teacher and it seems from my memory and from this video that many of these kids back in the late 90s seemed have a much more natural sense of humor, maturity and confidence than the kids I interact with today.
All students looked mature because the health standards back then were better and food quality was far superior. Soils and Farms 20 years ago were far more nutrient dense, thus the food had far more nutrients for proper growth. That's why they look like adults - because they're supposed to look like this. This is what healthy young people look like.
Why does life look so good, I was born after the IPhone 4 was released and I see so much ppl saying they got their first phones in their twenties and I got my first phone at the age of 12, I’m still in middle school and it’s got hella toxic people always looking for fights, no one even listens to the teacher everyone is glued to their Chromebook screen playing Unblocked Games It’s not even school anymore they don’t listen to the Teachers and they interrupt them. Also I see a lot of ppl graduating in the early 2000s I graduate in ‘30 or 2030…
2001 - The year the first cell phone (for regular everyday use) came out. I was the 3rd student on campus to have one. I was 15. The infamous Nokia with snake. Of course they were treated like contraband because phones “were only for drug dealers”. I think the teachers were just jealous 😂
