Seems influx has changed significantly and grafana gives me "If you're seeing this Grafana has failed to load its application files". Basically none of this works anymore
@@thtk4tis my dashcam has usb. So does the head unit So i connect dashcam to head unit using usb cable. The camera app in the video picks up the dashcam just fine.
@@thtk4tis i use very cheap camera which doesnt do any processing. You will need an app similar to the one as shown in one of my videos. It has sd card slot to install sd card for recording saving and usb connection to android head unit.
Hello, my brother . I just wanted to thank you for all your videos, and I found out on 07 Honda Pilots and other vehicles made before 2010 that you have to ground the brown wire from the factory harness to and screw metal to ground with key 2 wire don't ground to wire harnesses from android unit it won't work it works off resistance and then watch you're video's I even sent you links to the sellers at Ebay they said they would put add you're link because they just sell and don't know anything about setting up the unit 😮 So you are about to get more hits as RU-vidr...💪🏻🤪👍
@@jeepbro0575 did my video clip solve your problem though? I mean "fixing the streering wheel button to control" the android head unit by changing the software setting for pull-up resistor. In my case, the setting shown in the video did it for me. Some other case, you might change to different settings. That is where to fix steering wheel buttons. 🥰
Just installed my android stereo on my honda pilot do I connect key 1 and key 2 ...honda forum said key 1 connects to green and red wire and that it goes by resistance so no need for key 2 wire to be connected... it this true... what should I do .. Thank you Sir
FIRS, you need to go to your Garmin watch setting and turn ON "Boardcast HR during activity". The bike computer should pick up garmin watch HR sensor just fine using ANT+ protocol. BTW, you need to be in any activity for the watch to broadcast heart rate though. Good luck!
I have this problem with mine, but we did the five fingers, many times and it didn’t retain the information, it won’t turn off, on my Ford Galaxy there is just the live feed wire to the stereo as there wasn’t the wire where you can have it turn on with the ignition and off with the ignition… we factory reset it and all was well again for a few days, I had to turn it off on the unit before I turned off ignition, but now it restarts with the ignition and I just can’t use the buttons. I can’t turn it off so it is constantly on.., could you help with what the problem might be please? 😊
Ok,first the issue with turning off and on the unit with car ignition switch at (position 2), you can tap in to the fuse box for your own car model. Or better yet, get the "correct" wiring harness for your particular car model. The unit should turn off with car ignition switch off. Solve that issue first.
How does the OEM radio get power from? You have to turn on your car ignitionn switch to ON for the OEM radio to be ON, right? If you can tap the power from that. Don't run 12V live feed to android head unit.
I am trying to program my android to the steering wheel controls. But I am having problem with the volume +/- the unit is seeing them as the same. + has a resistances value of 3000hms and - is 150 ohms. I have a spare switch and the resistances are the same so the switch is fine. Has anyone had the same problem and did you solve the problem.
Yeah didnt know that.... sure that can easily be tested. The thing with mine is that it displays in km/h . There are only 2 digit on the display. How can it display 3 digit as in 100km/h? Thats why u are stuck with 57.1mph display.

Hi. I am teaching the steering wheel controls on my android head unit. All button program. Apart from volume + and volume-. They do program but it chooses the last one to be programmed. The resistance values are + is 300 ohms. - 150ohms. It looks like the unit is not seeing the difference. I have a spare switch and all the resistances are the same on both switches
CWG is made by boy from Moscow... sadly all most famous other car launchers are too from Russian ppl... ALL OF THEM. So let me ask, wtf? CarLauncher - russia, Agama - russia. ... What good launcher is NOT russian? I personally trying Nova Prime buyt miss widgets like Compass , Speed and such in my Navifly M95S car unit
@@peminator basically you can also create your own GUI using Google Android Studio and slap other people's code from github regarding GPS functions, speed, weather info, time display, media player. At least, you can create a basic launcher for your own Android head unit. I thought about doing it but decided not too due to time taken to finish the project. Anyways, right now i am concentrating making my car AHU even smarter to automate with my Home Assistant app. Ie. "Turn on driveway light after sun down when my car's entering home region." You'll see. 😆 I am not too concerned about car launcher in general anymore because at the moment i use Home Assistant app as my display.
@@hrvat-hb2sn some andtoid head units dont implement touch calibration function into the firmware due to hardware limitation. So, if it doesnt work, you're out of luck. ❗️
@@hrvat-hb2sn find out exactly what android head unit you have or at least what version of the firmware is. Cross reference that with the known info to see if it can support touch calibration. Anyways, this is a long shot. Best of luck man!
it can only mean that your android head unit firmware doesn't support that function. what you can do is to use USB mouse connected to USB port of the AHU and go into setting parameter to find out its Touch Calibration setting. If this doesn't work, you just might have a dead touch screen which is hardware problem which usually can't easily be fixed.
I had the same, bought a chain for me mountain bike and paid €10.- for it. Found out that it would shift back or just pull the whole chain off when back pedaling. It wouldn't shift properly no matter how long you tried to fine tune it, like gearing up would work but down not, and vice versa. The new chain I got on right now costed me €17.- but that one was bought from a bike shop. (decathlon) Everything runs fine, you don't even hear him going up or down while shifting. Next time I need a new chain I be buying the €23.-, especially with these things expensive buy is cheap buy. They last way longer and you ride is way smoother, I will never try to safe money ever again on things like this.
My radio doesnt turn camera when I turn radio I have t900 with difrent setings and i cant find setting to make it turn on when I go to reverse I have wire attached to reverse bulb
Solved a mystery for me. I had lots of metal shavings when I lubed my chain. I definitely have a fake chain, could tell by the box (and price), but I was wondering what the downsides are. The metal shavings are probably from the chamfer that's supposed to be there. They're a key part of the HG-X system, designed to interface with the gears.
To be honest, i have not got any issue with the fake one except if i back pedal too much the chain would drop on me while the genuine one doesnt do that. Besides that, since i am only 140lbs so I havent experince cracked links or broken chain. It is just my own experience with the fake chain thinking i got a good deal on it. 😂😂 Honestly for my shitty bike and i dont care about wearing all other parts, i would order a chinese made brand chain instead of fake Shimano.
If you have a lot of shavings coming out from your chain, it means the roller pins are not heat treated right (surface hardness of roller pin). The effect is that your chain will get elongated and streched too much! With that said if the roller pins are heat treated too hard they become brittle and might break on you. So there is a fine balance between soft vs hard pin. And most cheap chain dont bother with hard pins. 😅
@@lavithhcm I don't think it's from the roller pins, but maybe you're right. Looks to me like the teeth are grinding on the chain. There was a nearly alarming amount of shavings. Some say it happens when shifting under load, which I do sometimes.
@@mortona42yt Shifting under load also depends on what kind of gearing you got, for example on a old mountain bike 3(front)x8(back). Shifting under load is forbidden, while if you got them city bikes with internal gear with for example 6/7/8 gears. You can shift under load just as fine as shifting while back pedaling... Even some new gears shifts better under load than without. What bike and what kind of shifting do you got? And are you sure it is not just one bad link? (if the chain gives while back pedaling at the same point, you do know.)
Not sure if I understand your question but here it is.... The my front camera (inside the car) is connected thru my android head unit USB port. The rear backup camera (license plate) is connected thru special wire that is labeled "Reverse Camera" from the AHU pinout. If you have multiple cameras (front left, front right, left, right, rear left, rear right ) of course there is also the pinout label (in your case 6pin) to let you know how to connect them. When you have 6 cameras wired up and connected to that 6 pin, you can use 360 camera app. Since I use only 1 license plate camera, I don't use 360 camera app because it makes me confused what is left and what is right. @@lavithhcm oh, i see, you are using a USB camera.. The 360 is 12-pin I believe, the rear cam is 6-pin.. there is 6-pin for USB but I need to get a USB DAS front Cam.. SOrry I though you where using two cams one Front and one in the rear coz that is what I was trying to do..
I can turn it on thru the app and leave it on for extended period and I have no issue with it overheating. My is just a dummy backup camera and it doesn't do any processing like file compression or anything like that (that's why it is cheap) The Android head unit camera app does the actual recording and save it in AHU memory. I don't use 360 app because I have only 1 backup camera. If you have many cameras install around the car, 360 camera app makes sense.!
@@lavithhcm I have on car has 360, but another im trying to install Rear&Front(not sure how to wire it-prolly DPDT 6-pin on-off-on toggle).. I havent looked into it that much yet but it seems there is no settings option for the 360/Rear cam app to stay on while driving..
Buy metal upgrades that is the best thing to do. My car is a little heavier which is good sticks to road. A lot stronger 💪 no more having to buy plastic broken parts no more !
Only certain metal parts i would buy. But for the arm, i would rather stick with plastic. Metal parts have too much play in them thus making the car acting weird. You can always shim it though. I did buy some metal parts for this RC car/truck.
Some models just don't come with RGB leds at those so you cannot change it. It's hardware limitation so not much you can do. Best of luck! When i first reset my unit, those soft buttons cycle thru various colors so i know my unit has RGB leds.
Perfect this is the video I really needed to see, as I have just got this rc buggy and on first day very first go a have done something to back drive, they are making a bit of a grinding noise and not good traction but still 4 wheels spin off floor but on floor back wheels very little traction. A think a have stripped a gear that go's into diff from drive shaft. A have body off just needed to strip rest down in have look. Am going to upgrade to all metal diff and gears wile am at it. May as well since am stripping car down. Hope I put all the difference size screws in right place 😂. Wish me luck. 😅
So did you strip the gear.? I doubt it though. I have broken the wheel axial using 3s battery runing in water but never stripped the gear. 😆 i find it best using marine grease with this cheap rc. If you use fluid, make sure it's sealed otherwise the fluid is just spun off the diff. Too thick fluid is not good either. Anyways, tube of marine grease will last long time. Best of luck!
I just got this in mail today and it's ment to be v2 the control is a v2 and first go I got it stuck in long grass and tryed to get it out and back wheels are not spinning like front wheel now 😢 what have I done do you think stripped the cogs in the back diff???
Hello, I have tried to fix the radio with this method, but it didn't work for me either, do you have another solution or it simply doesn't work or fix anymore.
What you can do is to use USB mouse connected to android head unit. Use the mouse to go into setting menu and find touch calibration setting in there. Best of luck!
I followed the steps in this video to attempt to connect voice connect and it doesn't work. I used to be able to press a control button on my steering wheel to initiate a phone call, but can't with this system. It's really frustrating. I have Podofo Voice and am having issues getting that to function properly. My unit is Podofo 9212B. The manual that came with it is very unhelpful so any help you can provide is appreciated! Also, I use iPhone and prefer to use a different map app for navigation. Can apps that didn't come with the unit be downloaded?

Your touch hardware is bad? Meaning your touch screen is screwed up! Anyways, another method is try to use PC usb mouse to access touch calibration menu and from there you can recalibrate your touch screen. If that doesnt work. I dont know what else. Best if luck! 🥰
Thank you for showing us are to turn on the backlight. Sadly it only stays white but that’s not the issue. The issue is why wasn’t this program as a default to have the backlights on for those buttons and not have to mess around with the factory settings just to find? I have to do something similar the other day to figure out why it would mute my music whenever I go reverse the car. I’m still new to this radio learning all the things I can do with it.
