Im like 230 go up and down, believe it or not i lose weight when i open my food cart for business Carrying case of soda.hevy coolers. And moving the hot dog cart around. Thank you for this. I tried this for the first time today after a 40min cardio workout and wow, did I feel it in my core muscles. Managed to do all but one but still so pleased i did it 😊 (I'm 50yo, btw, just started working out regularly 3 months ago😊) will keep doing these daily (don't know what happened but this comment was meant for the 10mins abs workout 😅)
