This is my new video in the Power Girl Series: Where I Tried Out Chloe Tings Lower Body Workout routine- 2 weeks challenge.
Chloe Ting created an amazing lower body workout routine focused on the legs, thighs, and butt. So I tried out the whole workout and provided my commentary, review, and tips.
Chloe is a true inspiration and has affected so many lives around the world. She currently is one of the largest online workout gurus and this lower body workout is one of Chloe's popular RU-vid fitness videos out there!

This challenge focuses on the area of the legs, thighs, and butt- Chloe suggests following this workout as a two weeks challenge. Here is my suggestion like in most of my videos- stick to a long term repeating routine and the results will follow:
1. 💪 Stick to this routine for 1 week. Try your best to keep up with the exercises and the workout routine. If you feel that it is too intensive, then feel free to have a rest, recuperate and continue the routine when you can. It's all cool, you should build up your fitness and endurance step by step!
2. 💪 After a week you will already feel and see results, you will feel those muscles well and will know that the work is setting in and giving preliminary results. This is a fun and important stage. If you reach this then don't stop or give up. Continue to do this routine for another 14-21 days together with following full-body, abs, cores workout routines in my channel, or see the recommended workout routines in the links below.

**After you have complete the 21-28-day challenge you will understand what the excitement is all about. You will feel satisfied and will want to continue to daily workout programs and routines- step up the difficulty of the exercises- choosing longer, active, and challenging workouts that you can find on my channel!
In addition, these amazing exercises will also improve your movement, balance, flexibility, and shape your body and mind in an effective way.
