4 months ago I was not able to do plank not even for 20 sec but after doing regularly now I am able to do plank for 5 minutes it is hard but when I finish, I smile every time

Hey Zhe, thank you for reaching out! It depends on your fitness level. Certainly, if your starting to build your arms tone and flexibility from the beginning this will be good for you. Next step you can build up to weights, and more intensive bodyweight exercises. At the early stage, you can also do a more intensive workout, extending the speed, intensity, and workout time cycles. Let me know if this workout felt like a good fit. L❤💪
