Thank youu! But I tried this but then I have so much soreness in my Forearms (Flexor carpi ulnaris) even also to doing frogstand or Tuck Planche (But just little about 1 cm knee up from the floor) then I got much flexor carpi ulnaris soreness too...☹️☹️☹️

Здарова, я посмотрел качка натурала Шредера, он сказал делать 5 подходов в отказ в подтягиваниях 1 раз в неделю с отдыхом между подходами 7-12 минут. Если тренил подтягивания с весом то в конце 1 подход в отказ без веса, но не сказал, сколько подходов в отказ с весом делать😭

Ok, but, yeah, You just did high pull up like its nothing. You did exact same thing as other guides :-) no progression at all. High pull up is hardcore, i can do 8 pull ups but not a single chest to bar 😢 Internet nowadays, just came from video where they instructed to bend chest to opposite side, now one flip a coin :D

U need to be closer to the wall, or flip around.... Your going to cause a banana stand and that's a habit that's really hard to break. DO NOT do a handstand with your feet on the wall when youre 2 feet away from the wall

It is being more than two years I am trying to upgrade my pull-ups to high-pull-up but it stays the same with hardly noticeable progression. Not to mention the numbers of videos I've watched - no change. I started thinking that there is some anatomical particularity with my body that is not favoring this move and that's it.

Thank you for these. I am 64 years old and planks are one of my favorite exercises, especially the extended plank. I am going to do these tonight when I get home. I will upload a video on my RU-vid channel of my efforts. Thank you again for the inspiration.
