Interesting how he relates to Subaru. Reinhard and Subaru are both basically invincible, because Subaru is loved by Satella and Reinhard by Od Laguna. Subaru's favour makes him suffer as a matter of course, whereas Reinhard's favour makes it impossible for him to suffer. Yet Subaru's power uniquely makes him capable of bonding with people, while Reinhard's powers uniquely make him incapable of bonding with people. The weakest man in the series brings people together through his suffering, and the strongest man in the series isolates everyone from him due to his inability to suffer. And yet the source of their powers seem to have opposite intentions. Satella gives Subaru a selfish power meant to help him alone, and Od Laguna doesn't strictly have a will, but it seems to be tailored to make Reinhard a hero who can help everyone easily.

The idea of Emilia being designed as a vessel for Satella is interesting. But Satella and Envy are not the same. Two personalities in one body. But of you had two bodies, maybe you could separate them.
I think the Sloth IF is interesting largely because of the fact that Subaru’s sloth world ISN’T a shitshow. Things are actually pretty okay with the world and he has a happy life. The consequence of being slothful doesn’t have to look like some dramatic disaster. So, the consequence of Subaru’s sloth isn’t that he ruins his life by any stretch; it’s that he could have been even more in life than just a good husband/father, and the only tragedy is that he never finds out what he was truly capable of.
