I’m 6’ 5” (195cm) tall, 200lbs (91kg) with long arms 37” (93cm). I’m wondering what size Linesman jacket and base layer I should get? Looking for any input.
Is this product discontinued? Or was that one-off batch only? Linesman pants have been out of stock for half an year, at least in some sizes per Internet users. I'm interested, but I have to buy different brand as I can't wait forever for something that may not come.
Hi! We have a restock of Linesman Pant (plus a new colour) due mid July 2024. Email subscribers will get first notification. Thanks for your patience and positive vibes. www.adventurespec.com/subscribe
I'm disappointed by email newsletter. Just some generic trip stories and promo for Linesman pants that have been out of stock for half an year in most common sizes.. Because half of your e-shop listings are out of stock, the production lacking behind, the only useful info for the newsletter is some sort of schedule when we can expect particular products available again. Or more info on product changes and new variants, also with some planned schedule.
Sorry to hear the newsletter is not hitting the mark for you. We would love to be in stock of all sizes all the time but the reality is that this is a challenge for many manufacturers. Our newsletter is a good tool for us to communicate with our community, keep them in the loop with timings and give you the first chance to buy when gear is in stock. We really do try hard.
Why is there such a large horsepower difference between the American version? Stock US dyno numbers (Dirt Rider tested) is 38 hp/27.8 ft lbs of torque at rear wheel. Mine has a Graves block off kit, twin air filter with lid removed, Vortex X10 ECU with trail power map (stock exhaust) yields about 43-45 rear wheel horsepower. With the Vortex ECU and a G2 throttle tamer, it is a very smooth power delivery.
An inspiration… what a story… I’m 49 years old and only just getting into rally raid…and the dream of Dakar.. we’ll see what happens…the determination and the passion of your video. Just amazing. Keep it up.. well done…👊
I've got the OS base with the 12L's on my Dr650 and the same system with 18's on my Norden. Bought a pair of 6L's too. Can mix match, add, upsize, downsize, whatever. Really versatile system.
Thanks for this, we couldn’t say for sure as we haven’t tested this directly ourselves. But if you go to the product page, all of the dimensions are given in this image slider!
Hi there, our riding jackets are all highly abrasion resistant so it’s more about the environment you’ll be experiencing - Is waterproofing needed, or you’ll be in extreme heat etc. Have a look through our jackets here, each page has a write up: www.adventurespec.com/shop/category/clothing-jacket-31
@@adventurespec thanks a lot! I live in the South of Spain so Im looking for the cooler option available. I might go with just the supershirt. Why do you say that it is AA rated if it’s AAA in some sections?
J'aime beaucoup le côté humain que vous apportez dans vos vidéos Elle me rappelles mes propre expérience de voyages de groupe Merci et bonne continuation
Great Video Greg Thank you What was the weight all up on your EXC 450( bags and Stuff in your bags ) Come to Aussie land and do an adventure ride maybe Western Australia 😅
Awesome vid, well done. Very entertaining 😂... any chance of sharing gpx map from your trip if you have it . We are planning Welsh trip and would like to maybe include some of your route . Thanks, Steve.
Tell you what, since I have two you can join us on our next wee bike trip. If you want to experience a small, lightweight bike you can borrow my cub. It's 110cc and 90 odd kg before you add the camping gear. We'll head somewhere nice in Scotland with other folk on wee bikes. You'll have a great time.
