I started last summer to work as a home health aid for an agency so this idea came to my mind why not working for my own.. lately I started calling different agency for getting information how to get my own licence and what is the requirements. I myself came this country as an immigrant and trying to achieve the American Dream! Thank you 🙏 both of you for the inspiration!

If I had the opportunity to speak with this man, I would be taking notes and asking him what I needed to do to start my healthcare agency. I would pay him to mentor me. I can tell that he is telling the truth and he is full of knowledge.

I am a PT started my Home Health Agency ( PT Based Only) 1999 then it evolve to Nsg to Hospice. We started 1500 Capital Sold it for around 14 Million Dollars 2021. It was in Omaha NE

I know agencies are profitable period. If even you are your own employee or youe husband, and you only have 3 employees working at one facility. Gotta start somewhere. Whether its from home or a small office space.

They have cna classes in high school. We had one that you start in the 11th grade. 12th grade we did clinicals. Then you could take the test. I went on and became a nurse after high school. I appreciated the cna classes in high School

Jenna's life thanks, trust me I really had a ton of questions to ask but we were already an hour into recording this interview. I'm currently in nursing school and I plan on continuing my education into graduate school. After some experience (5+ years) I would like to open my own women's health clinic nationwide but I'm not sure if it would be scalable. I also looked into the idea of a women's health virtual clinic. What are your thoughts on tele-health? Should I focus more on the online business then brick and mortar? If it's easier, I can email you.

Im an OT and im interested in opening a women's clinic. I think a combination of virtual and in person is a good idea. You don't need to open you're own brick n motor you can start small by renting a space in a office building then eventually expand. 👍

Content was good but please work on your interview skills. Engage directly, eye contact, ask pertinent questions. get rid of the word "LIKE". expand your vocabulary. eye contact. dress appropriately, don't pick at your hair on camera. other than that. His info is very encouraging.
