pls pls stop saying home health and home care as if they are interchangeable. Home Health provides a skill( nurse for wound care IV or med management insurance driven)....home care provides in home services like cooking, cleaning and sitting( private pay). ❤ Love the information thank you....😊

I’m in Florida. You can not do ANYTHING down here without a license. I’m not surprised. I don’t know which state is worst California or Florida with this license stuff.

@@ASanon-oy3rt Just about any type of license down here. Ex: even a simple driver’s license. There is always a red tape to go through down here to get it. At least from my understanding and the understanding of others.

Is this the same as having a 6 home and wanting to care for individuals. Typically those that are unable to go to a nursing home due to income. Medicaid Waiver eligibility members and more information. Does this fall into that category? Love your content.

Heard he mentioned Florida..im in Florida I like the fact of the agency but with one that will pay us for the jobs we are doing. With what you have to do and mentally put up with; why am I doing al the work and the agency pay me 10 dollars or even 9 dollars Florida..so for me its a bit on the downside..

Same with Oregon starting pay is $15+ and raises 1$ something every year of experience. Some will pay 20$+ with just one year of experience

@@WetLyps I can understand...south Florida if your private you can make anywhere from 15 to 30 per hour...if you do agency the most it goes to now since covid is 18 or 20...agency.. thanks to covid...other than that is 13 to 14vper hour.. which one of our bills is the cheapest maybe phone..which is needed...so when monthend comes you still have to be living on a credit card no matter how hard to cut unnecessary things.

And what I found out is that people i’m not willing to help you or give you any advice at all so that’s why I listen to alot of RU-vid videos just because the advice is free and people are willing to share. @@jeneriaevents9616 If you go to the department of social services website. they give you an outline of what information is needed in each policy requested. Take that information tweak it for your company and go from there.....Hope this helps.
