Was about to say something similar. I'm 5'7" and 156 pounds and I have to avoid eating at sushi restaurants regularly because I will easily eat $100 worth of sushi. I'll feel like shit after, but I will do it lol.
Probably the best cheat night meal ever (post massive workout of course) Then you begin to ask yourself, why the !@#$ did I do this? And go back to clean eating for another week or two.
Absolutely can’t wait for the times you post a video.Love all your vids.Fav are normally the ones that don’t just show training but also your everyday living. South Africa loves Sadik
Sadik, I recommend Kotobuki for sushi. There's one in Roslyn and I believe one in Babylon. Best sushi on the island. That said just call to make sure they're open before you go. Also, long waits for a table at night. Worth it though.
It’s how the sushi rice is prepped and it does fill you up quick. The ingredients in sushi rice gets you full I learned how to make sushi from my sushi chef.
I disagree with the no liquid rule. Liquid helps you get food down, especially if you're just trying to finish the food in front of you. Liquid can only help
The first time I tried sushi was actually from a grocery store (they have a little kiosk with a sushi chef) I was on a lunch break from classes and figured what the hell and gave it a shot... and loved it
What I do: Remove the cheese (ALWAYS), replace it with cucumber or avocado. Replace soy with lemon juice, straight from the lemon. No sauces. Much easier to eat that sushi. Tastier and healthier, too.
Love watching bodybuilders smash food when I am eating my meals for motivation. Helps when they have personality and you got that in spades brah! Good vid!
Respect to him for having such a physique but off season he really doesn't look *that* big at all .. I mean I look like him as he does now and I train a fraction of what he does daily .. that goes to show u that gear goes a long way in helping achieving a winning physique like he's got !!
1. You can’t chew on something for 10 minutes. That’s physically impossible 2. “It’s hitting me now, man. Now it’s hitting me” is redundant 3. “These rolls are gonna be really difficult. These are not small rolls. These are gonna be difficult. This I got this. This is gonna be difficult” is redundant. 4. If he does this sushi challenge quite often (said at the beginning), how is it a challenge then? 5. “You’ve seen me do it!” - how does he know the exact same waiter saw him do the challenge the previous time? 6. “Low sodium soy sauce cuz I’m watching it right now” - if he’s watching it, why is he eating $100 worth of sushi 7. If he’s eating $100 worth of sushi, why not go to a sushi buffet?
A5 wagyu beef, fatty tuna, uni, fish roe, black caviar, truffles, and gold are typically super duper expensive so no wonder that sushi goes for over $170.
