Some young Guy. 😀 It Is a delight to watch. But watching it makes me go to the DAMN GROCERY STORE. And buy something i can afford. Then slide really expensive cuts of rib- eye in my pockets at WAL-MART. NOT EVEN WAL-MARTS meat section carries these cuts of beef. Its all about the FAT CONTENT THAT GIVES A GOOD STEAK THAT PHENOMENAL TASTE AND TEXTURE. IM JUST GLAD IM STILL SLIM.
I get kinda annoyed that paying $300 for a REALLY GOOD STEAK GETS CUT UP LIKE MY MAMA USED TO DO FOR ME WHEN I WAS 5 YEARS OLD. IF THAT CHEF DONT GO AHEAD AND GIVE "ME" THAT WHOLE SLAB....I DONT KNOW "WHAT" I WOULD DO........SH×T!!!!!
That’s literally the ID # of the cow, the abattoir and farm. Japan has an unbelievably good health code and even better monitoring and inspection system... it’s why you can buy farm fresh eggs from vending machines (and eat them raw) there.
This place knows their stuff. Serve warm steak by splitting the steak into two servings. Save the fat to flavor subsequent dishes. Use the rendered fat for the fried rice, reduce the water content in the soy sauce to prevent the fried rice from getting soggy. Just wow. 😋
I normally eat my food together. Seems the Japanese eat one side at a time. Good video. The Chef was excellent, as he's recorded more expensive meals with the Chef seeming very nervous.
First thought: TOAST?! Such a beautiful steak and then toast?! Second thought when I watched the end: Ah well. Japan. They even make a fancy lunch out of toast. They would probably manage to let shoelaces look fancy and delicious.
Enjoy each of your videos. I have a couple of questions. Was the Wagyu beef frozen?...it certainly looks like it. Also, what is the standard tip for a meal like this where the chef is dedicated to you alone? Thank you.
So they give you the beef’s farm address just in case of you r not fully satisfied and then you could trace it back into a origin and kick some nuts, brilliant!
Does anyone know what the first stuff he fried was that he put on top of the salad? It really didn’t look like onion, and who puts fried online on top of a salad.
You and your meatvids. I am only digesting this succulent meals if I went to be a millionaire! Well, yesterday I can't complain tho. I had a medium rare fillet of beef. It costed only 29,49 dollar according to the prices nowdays. I payed in swedish crowns. That makes 285 crowns. EAT ON! Darn, I wish I had cash to make my ass to Japan to feel the greatest meat on my tounge.
Since you always eat 'fat/egg rice' (I'm sorry but I actually don't know how that dish is called, my bad) in your video... I was wondering: have you ever tried carbonara in Rome?
You can actually consume it completely raw, ever heard of wagyu tartare? However from raw to well done and everything in between is just a matter of personal taste, I do however always encourage everyone to at least try it once, so you know for certain what your personal preference actually is.
