Does anyone else ever wonder when you see a house like this with everything still in it, if the whole family tragically died on a family vacation?

Wow...it was very generous to 'donate' a large home to a refugee family. It's sad they were forced to leave seemingly very quickly such that they couldn't take their stuff with them. I noticed an old Canadian airlines model plane. That was probably something donated to them.

Beautiful home! I loved the beamed ceiling in the family room. So much baby/childrens toys left behind. Another to be demolished for a cookie cutter home. Such a shame.

The accordion is gone now :( but I did find a latch with a pulldown staircase into the top half of the garage. Apparently they had a thing for electric scooters, that's what was up there!

What’s bizarre is I’ve noticed there is a mix of relatively new stuff and really old stuff, the 2 pushchairs for example one looked really old the other looked quite modern

The high chair was an old wooden one. Solid. Have not been made for over half a century.

Dannnnnggggg....if the neighbors coughed up some donations for a refugee family to live in such a huge home, I wonder if I can get some of my neighborhood to help me out, for just a two bedroom home.

This is a beutiful house. Saw Ethan's video. And it just blows my mind how people just walk off and leave their personal belongings. Especially when you guys find photo's, school yearbooks, trophies. Really sad because the developer is just going to, probably, throw all of it away. Sad, very sad.

Guess the neighbors have learned about buying homes for others without putting protective covenants in the deed to get the home back or restrict the sale of the property.

Looks like they left in a hurry

The person who owns the house left the Electric on so copper wiring theives can't steal the copper wiring and if the water is still on, its for the exact same reason, to scare off potential wiring theives. Why would they board up the pool ? Also one other thing, why are demolishing this house ? It just needs a little TLC and it'll be liveable again. People do leave absolutely everything behind when They leave Their home, I have done clean out jobs before, and anywhere from baby pictures to bath towels and everything in between have been left, they were in a hurry They left absolutely everything behind.

UBD thats a nice mansion theyre terrin down, this is a weird one Could the vacancy happen when Covid 19 occurred and the tenant was forced to go back to their mother country, choosing only select items to take?. Could this place be another child care centre with so many toys and blackboards. But i try to approximate date using those TVs Hasn’t Canada had digital tv and LED tvs for many years now i mean i turfed my CRT tv 10-12 years ago, plasma was popular around 2005, and lcd a few years later i guess rear projection is passable its not wide screen, so maybe this place was unfortunately vacated in 2014-2015 which would place the tenant to be involved in the accident of MH17 or Mh370.
