Luke, I just got back from Egypt and my first meal and last meal was at the Koshary place you did a video on. It was amazing and a great little place with good people. Thanks for the tip.
@@LukeDamant shorter videos get more views The other video which you posted 45 minutes long has got 19k views in 6 days Whereas this video has 14 k views in just 2 days
Amazing video I hope you enjoy your stay, I totally recommend you go to Luxor & Aswan and Alexandria BUT when it’s winter (January to March) You should also go to Dahab and Marsa Allam since you’re here now
Man, definitely living vicariously through your videos! Thanks a ton for providing such quality content Luke. I hope to one day be doing the same! Big ups from Canada! 🍁
J'adore tes vidéos depuis que je t'es découvert ainsi que trois autres mecs. En ce qui concerne la restauration je suis très prudent s'il n'y a pas d'autres clients que moi et mes amis. Bonne route et bon appétit. I love your videos since I discovered you and three other guys. As far as catering is concerned, I am very careful if there are no customers other than me and my friends. Bon voyage and bon appetit.
Hi Luke so good to hear you talking about Pakistan and missing cheese pratha in Giza, try Egyptian kebab with traditional naan bread, stay safe and enjoy, lov from Pakistan, i miss evenings at Pyramids and city shopping street.
Great video about the national dish of egypt.i am thinking to start food cart koshary in USA thanks for video i hope many people they know about koshary
you should try the egyptian breakfast " Fol and flafel " you wont forget it too and the street food as well you gotta try it and btw best koshary in egypt is Abu Tarik the most well known resturant for koshary in whole egypt
Sonny Side from best ever food review show, also reviewed this place, it seems good ! Thanks luke for exploring and bring the best of egypt to us. Love from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India ❤️
You don't believe it, yesterday I made Kushari along with the spicy tomato sauce lol! I am not an Egyptian and my background is Indian but now I am a Canadian. Traditionally, they don't add ground beef, but I also add the ground beef into the Kushari for that added benefit/flavour.
@@muhameedyaser3696 lol infact, there is a well known and well liked pizza with pineapple!🍍Don't you know about that? I know that traditionally they don't add ground beef in Kushari, so that's the reason I already said about that in my above comment.
Hi Luke....Did you bought the new camera? the result is very good of your new vlog, Can you kindly tell which camera is this please....I can see its a gopro but which version is this og gopro? I am a die hard fan of yours Sir
This is an example when you treat somebody right they will come back to you with a big smile on his face. I hope other egyptians learn the leasone and treat tourists as they should be treated
Reminds me of my travels when I was as young as you. I was waiting to see you pour the cut tomatoes over the Koshary but looks like you don't like them?
Can I ask what the name of the hotel you're staying in is called? I'm going to Egypt in October myself and usually stay in dorm hostels but I think I may splurge the first night or 2 and get a private room at a budget place like this. Just discovered your channel and loving it so far man, I loved how you paid the camel man in another video way more than necessary after negotiating the price down, because you felt he was a good man. Good to see things like that given the right circumstance and person.
@@Gventures You're welcome, don't forget to shoot a nice vlog when you get to Egypt, i subscribed to your channel hoping to catch the egypt vlog someday 🤗
Actually I didn't notice his right hand for long time that I watched previous video before video the luke announced about his accident before 2 years now I feel sorry for him and wish the best with a unique head.....
In talaat harb street cairo centre you can stay less costly then 20 euro. There was some hotel behind the famous pastry store. If you dont mind old blanket and no bedlinnen.
Koshary is good basic food. You also should tast the government bread. I liked it fresh with butter and other stuff ! As breakfast and lunch and for normal dinner koshary. (Double the size you had hehe)
Egyptian here , If I was the owner of the place or even a normal worker there I would have absolutely served you the food for free , saying that yeah you're a tourist I'll charge you more in front of a visitor is so rude !
I am... a subscriber of Karthik surya ..bruhh... After you are my favorite yutuber after him brother.....I am sure that you will become a great vlogger... Once.... Love from KERALA..god's own country.❤
Dudeee...... I used to study in Egypt... 45 egp for a kushairy is no good..by the amount u get plus the fried chip,i can tell straight away its about 7egp top... But it is good.... Try to discount... Whenever people tell u price, just cut it straight to half of what they offer... In your case 20egp 😉
