@shophocho7798 throw it away :p as long as you dont waste its good. I still thats hella overpriced for the portions. Thats $2 worth of nuggets :) .50 cents of fries :)
I remember a few years back, their $20 Fill Up Box consisted of eight pieces of chicken, two large mashed potatoes and gravy, one large coleslaw, and four biscuits. How times have changed. That definitely beat the current one they have now.
@@Billy-4 I think it was a 12 piece bucket for $9.99. Since they weren't fried, you could really eat a bucket with zero carbs and not feel nauseous because it was grilled instead.
Near me, their $20 thing is 8 pieces of chicken, a thing of strips or nuggets, biscuits, sauces, and a pick of two sides with a discount to add a 3rd... Prices are still nuts compared to where they were, but at least better than certain areas
You realize every location is actually different so if it’s good to him it might be terrible for others. In fact it’s probably mostly terrible. Plus this dude is always stoned eating these meals
@@mylespando5192 This is facts. Whenever i move somewhere new I always try the local KFC pretty early on. In my experience its either a 3 or a 10 for quality, no in between haha. When its good, its a favorite.
I remember when they had a 99 cent lunch box. 1 half ear of corn, 2 pieces of chicken, 1 biscuit and gravy and mash potatoes.... No more, now mini pieces of chicken.😢😢😢😢😢😢
For $20 they used to give you a bucket, large sides, biscuits, and this was only like a couple years ago. Now you get 4 pieces of chicken and some nuggets…
Swear to christ they'd give you a gallon of gravy (which was good back then, ain't been in awhile) and they were generous with the sides as well. Also that chocolate chip cake they'd add on for a buck or 2 more
@@williamsinger4124used to get that meal deal for $10 with the cake. Go to the chicken shack back in the day with $10 and you needed help carrying out all that food lol.
Yeah but 10 years ago 20 dollars could get you anything anywhere. Things in general are more expensive now in days. So when you think about it in terms of our current economy, it's not too bad.
@MarcoAshford French fries have fat because they are deep fried in oil. The chicken has carbs because it has a coating of wheat flour. There's no way you only see food through the lense of 2 macronutrients and you manage to get both of them wrong 💀 Not concerned at all with micronutrients. Just calling everything that's not chicken, "carbs." I just know you be blowing up the toilet when you hit it once every 3 days.
These prices are crazy now😢😮! I remember in the late 70s when you could buy an 8 piece of KFC including 6 biscuits and 2 large sides (mashed potatoes and cole slaw); all for $11.00!! And this was the time that KFC Original Recipe TASTED GOOD🎉! Now, not so much 😢😮! 🐔🐣
sauce is for people who hate the flavor of whatever they are eating. Just chug corn syrup if you want some sauce, that's what you are doing with that garbage anyways.
this guy makes the best reviews + in no time like i would watch other review channels but they make their review 20 minutes long but this guy has the perfect ratio of every thing he reviews every thing about the meal Value and Size and Price!! he seems chill aswell.
@@GBooster-ti2ng it’s like nearly half the price and double the size in Australia. The one we had here was 16 strips, 4 Sauces and 12 chicken nuggets and a tray of chips (fries) and that was the equivalent of $14 USD. Even our 16 piece chicken buckets are nearly half the price you guys are paying. Me and my mate ordered one and we both could not finish it. There was enough to comfortably feed 4 people.
its kind of dumb because for 20$ you can get a whole chicken 5 biscuits a large fry 2 sides at popeyes. and im in the states. this shit seems like a rip off
"Corn and Cluck for under a Buck" . Promo from the 70's was the best. You got a Drumstick, a Thigh and a piece of corn on the cob for .99 cents...that was late 60's through the 70's!!!!
A few decades ago KFC had dinner rolls instead of biscuits. Those dinner rolls were so delicious. I don't know why every place has gone to biscuits now because to me they just seem so dry.
@@cbartal1yep live in Aus can confirm I like to open the dinner roll put like popcorn. Chicken or any piece of chicken in it shove 2or 3 chips in it and drown it in gravy 😂
How do you differentiate down to the tenth of points? Like even half points aren't much of a big deal. But what's the difference really between 7.4 to 7.8 in this review of the items? You should just go to a 100 point scale.
It's because he's rates a lot of things and he needs to be specific, it's pretty much to differentiate between two would be 8s or 8.5s. He could also use a 100 point system if he wanted, would be kinda goofy tho.
Depends on location also...there's a In-n-out and Chipotle close to work that always has a line going out to the streets after work so KFC is the only spot with no line, but for some reason that particular location cooks crappy chicken compared to what's in this video and from other locations I've been to. That's probably why there is never a line and their chicken looks like it's been sitting out all day...other than that yes this box is definitely worth it if you can find a spot to cook the food properly which shockingly is quite hard
$11.99!? That’s absurdly cheap😂 $15.99 would be considered cheap for that. $20 is quite normal for the amount of food. Thats over 2200 calories of food. Which for most people is an entire days worth.
Damn, I miss my home state of Mississippi and my former residency Atlanta. These damn Los Angeles prices. I’m sure in the Sipp, this KFC box is $10.00 to $15.00? I can only afford Church’s chicken now😂.
@@elijahaaron6949lmfao 1 leg and 3 nuggets is not enough to feed a child over the age of 13 or 14, especially if they play sports etc. Why feed them expensive garbage when you could good a solid meal for a similar price?
the 4 piece is 11:59 and u get one biscuit and one small side of u want to add the nuggets 3 other biscuits and a large fry u would be over 20$ (i work at kfc)
@@scite_1170 that price is a little better but I can get an 8 piece dark meal for 11.99 at Krispy Fried Chicken, that's like $6 for two meals because I can't eat all of that in one sitting
I miss the wedges and the honey bbq wings from there. Cant eat KFC now. For some reason it makes me nauseous. I do wanna try KFC in China and other countries though. I've heard they are better overseas
Wanna try that! That could be my lunch for a week because I get lazy from working so much. I love how you love quality and value. Something we all hold in high regard.
