@@bh8671 solar power is not like it used to be. It's cheap and they last very long now. Technology has gotten way better. Your ignorance is actually is what keeps people down.
@@bh8671 Most panels live longer than 10 years and companies offer 10+ years of warranty on panels and with the system he has set up, it's likely that he will produce excess energy and receive a cash rebate depending on legislation and other factors.
@@bh8671 you know the very first original solar install at a German university is still working right? They last an incredibly long time and even Chinese brands offer a 20 year warranty.
@@bodhisativaa didnt know they last this long. but i dont think its bc of the advancement of technology that plays a big factor in product endurance. solar power panels are expected to last long by customers who need them. so manufacturers make better quality panels. they make what customers need to gain profits. lights bulbs, clothes, and other consumer products are intentionally made to not last long even tho manufacturers have the ability to produce better quality stuffs. things break, so consumers can keep buying.
By 2016 the population of Bulyeroi Rowena was 7 showing a population decline of 98.2% in the area during that time. The predominant age group in Bulyeroi is 0-9 years. No wonder its one of the poorest places in Australia. Most of the people don't work.
@Tony F Hey Tony. If i miraculously somehow get my political party started. And if you ever want to become a politician. Or even just a very active party member. You would be quite welcome. The People's Commonwealth®
@Tony F The People's Commonwealth will work towards enabling self governance by the people. It will be fun implementing such rule and procedure. And mind boggling the development after 30 years of establishment. One of the first policies the party would initiate, will be accelerating the learning curve and increasing the national IQ. So after 15 years of successive government, the average schooling for a 12 year old will be having completed 1 tertiary degree. As for policies such as drug management. I personally am more liberal in my approach, and advocate for legalisation with education. And with the party, we will let the majority of people decide. Right or wrongly, we will be responsible for our decision making and rule as one in favour of the majority. I may be having to take ASIC to court for granting the organisational name. They are still yet to respond to me from their legal department after 2 months of waiting. It takes 12 months after becoming a registered political party, to seek donations. It will cost the party close to $400K to just fill every electorate with candidates and senators. ASIC have delayed me, and their excuses are unconstitutional and disregard laws set out in the corporations act. Time is on my side, and unless i get a shit load of help which i constantly am asking for. We can only hope i am eventually successful.
Obesity, poverty, and alcohol all go hand-in-hand, unfortunately. Don't mistake big waistlines as meaning they're properly nourished - the shopkeeper alludes to this problem when she discusses the sheer cost of shipping in fresh fruit in vegetables. Those people are fat essentially because everything they eat is full of carbs and sugar, and comes in a can.
I was a cook with Kieran's Contractor there in 1994 , from Longreach race day till mid October I think . Old Tobi , used to be a windmill maker , would be my witness , had a number of beers with the local legend . He introduced me to the local gang of Apisgle birds rolling around in the dusty afternoon in his little backyard of his pensioner flat . DavecWakefields gang I was on . , I think a lot of that time, in a good way , these days Cheers Kim Keegan Chef , Camp Manager an d zShearers Cook etc etc etc ...

@@christopherburnham1612 I believe if you worked in the past & payed your taxes & are now on a pension, all council rates for pensioners should be abolished. The government hands out OUR money willy nilly to foreign aid & all the Aussies & the new comers in our country rorting & abusing the system,it’s about time we look after our own first.
@@blastermaster2383 that's a smart and rational thought though mate, our government can't do that lol everything is money to them, just like we have some of the world's richest coal and gas but yet we charge our own country through the ass and export for fuck all. Makes no sense.
now is cant be classified as "saving". they simply cant afford that kind of lifestyle. they r living very different lives compared to us (tho hehe im not really any better than them i guess)
@jelly I hear you, true it’s not so easy and comfortable but a little bit of gratitude goes a long way, after all there are many other people in this world who are far less fortunate. Blessings to you my friend
Why not build a national water network to take water to dry areas. Get the work done through local councils who employ the unemployed. Pay it off on a long term loan.
With major retailers doing so well over COVID / Post COVID; a great PR exercise would be to "donate" water to the West. The water tanker gets sent after raising the funds through retail, and then farmer's tanks get filled. This could catch on with Coles / Woolies starting it up, and then see others joining in too
@@pegasusgalaxy68 And stupidly expensive healthcare and education, with customers expected to supply an employees wage. Doesn't matter what industry we're in the whole gender equality isn't a thing in all honesty. I work with women in a job that can be physical and they either can't or won't do it but yet get equal pay if not more in some cases and nothing is said or done so there's no real equality and doubt there ever will be.
Yes and you have to work for it. The scum in the video get it for free from the government, just to smoke and drink it away at the bar....meanwhile the average working Australian has to fork out $400 A day in taxes to fund these overweight putrid drunks, who have not and never will work a day in their life.
I think living in rural town means it is expensive to move supplies/resources over. Unless the rural town has ways of creating producing, like Farming, Mining, energy production etc. The expensive things in big cities are mainly due to over-crowding and lack of space. Logistics wise is really efficient.
The climate sucks no water and hardly any rain . Hardly any thriving businesses and what do little ones or families 💗 do for fun besides 🎣 and working the land. Im confused already 😮
So, when you feel bad, like that...21k per year... Look around you.... Retirement people here in Russia have 15k rubbles (300aud) per month!!!.... It's for the end of 2020!
Be interesting to see how many people live in these types of places out of choice or necessity Also be interesting to see if how many feel they have an obligation to stay just to keep the town running. Personally, you couldn't give me enough money to live in a place like that, but we're all different.
Lived in a place just like that for 5 years after leaving Sydney, , left there four years ago to live near the coast and really want to go back. Life is soo much better. Another year and Ill probably be back out there.
Try living in Alice Springs then. Not only isolated so costs are high but the little ferals smash everything everyday. Go to the supermarket at 1pm come out to your car totally vandalised.
I understand this completely i too lost my job because of covid, but do you know what frustrates me about this is its your choice to settle for that income. Change your employment do something different to provide for youself, you don't have to live on 6k a year just saying.
I’ve been to muttaburra before, I don’t mind it actually, if I could I’d probably hop on a pension and move out here (I’m 15 but so that’s not going to happen)
25000 grand on solar you got ripped just like the rest of AUS,study about solar systems people the grid ones cost fortune and throw your power into the big company banks, mine cost 4000 bucks and iv got more power than him
My system cost less cause I built it my self ,I have 28 panels that cost nothing 18 battery’s cost $3000,an inverter $700 and miscaellanis $300 guess what,I live on a station
imagine people on welfare who get even less and have to pay city prices for living, rent and food... poverty in the first world, our country and government are a living joke letting its own people scrape and starve
