Have been watching your videos for a few months. I’m 77 and thinking about finishing out my life there. Everyone I know has passed away and there’s not much to keep me here in Jax Fl. Hope I haven’t waited too long. Your videos are what makes me want to move there. Hope I make up my mind soon! Chrisy is so cute. Looks like you’ve got it going on. I wish I had started watching these videos sooner. I was in Subic Bay in the sixties and loved it. If nothing else I hope to vacation there soon and hope to meet you guys!

Beautiful place to live a life where you almost know all the people in the area. With the nature around you, the serenity and fresh air and environment nobody can ask for more. Soon when my youngest daughter is done in college 3-4 years from now, I’m looking forward to retire for good back home in a rural town in northern Mindanao. Watching from California.
Amakan will make it really give it a real aesthetic effect and make it a lot cooler inside the house but might be worrisome if the termite bugs settles in . Hopefully there’s a way of preventing those termites from getting into the amihan panels

We just recently built and completed our country house also and one of the things I miss about the US is showing my buddies the cool new things that we're doing, but unfortunately that is not the custom here. They view it as bragging or boosting due to their economic status I assume. But anyway cool new house, enjoy your new house and thanks again.

HaHa. They are very tricky. Mine will buy clothes and put them in the closet and not wear it for weeks. Then when she gets it out and I say I never seen that before she will say you are crazy! I've had this for a long time. 1 time she forgot to take the tags off. That's how I caught her.

Interesting to see gypsum board.. not used to seeing that in PH builds. Also.. plywood ceilings are asking for near future issues, I recommend hardiflex concrete board.

I used to go to the cockfights in central california back in the 1980’s and 90’s when I was dating an American born Filipina. It was definitely interesting and I was amazed at the amount of money that changed hands lol. I think the people that made the most money were selling beer, water and food lol

Thats a nice house men! Here in US? I think that 45k is a mobile home. The house range today is $350 above. They can also make a little garden which can plant fruitbearing and some veggies garden. The house seems so durable. Thats what we want on you Mr.tim, your laughs cant paid!
