Good morning Granny this is that down south Granny, way down south. I love your pillow's they are just my cup of tea that is my style. My oldest sister that has been fighting lymphatic cancer and I have been helping made me a quilt and gave it to me. On her sickest days she can not do anything but when she has a good day she goes to her sewing machine. I love my quilt is is the colors of you first pillow you showed and has all my favorite fabrics my sister knows I like in it. We will find out the second week of July if the chemo and radiation worked. My Emma Louise got her a summer crew at the groomer's last time and she is due for a touch up she has grown out enough her curls are starting to show. Love you content and have a blessed day.
Your pillows are so pretty. I am downsizing my quilt fabric drastically. The quilt guild makes donation quilts for Riley hospital and a lot of other organizations so that is who I am giving it to.

The pillows are so PRETTY.♥ Goldfish are pretty high in sodium so we don't eat them. We try and avoid processed foods as much as possible. The nice thing about our California dry heat is we have fewer mosquitoes! Early evening I will eat a banana and a handful of cashews. During the day I make sure to eat an avocado, in a fresh baby spinach salad. And we eat a lot of different beans as well as wild caught salmon because all those foods are high in magnesium. Even a small piece of dark 70% cocoa bean chocolate (we call it adult chocolate 🙂) has good amount of magnesium.
Try the pecan flavor ensure. I bought one by mistake he said he liked it so much better .my husband and gave him more energy. I was gifted some clothes from my friend and was lucky enough that one blouse from CATOS brand name it matches with all my trousers and it's a easy pattern too make a few more in different prints ,it also goes with all my skirts and a few different pieces that don't fit but I can use as pattern for a new make of them. Hi Granny, love your pillows. Magnesium Glycinate is the best form of Magnesium for your body to absorb. Take it along with Calcium. I suffer with severe cramps in my legs because my magnesium is so low. Hope this helps. Take care.

I was so lucky. I needed healing from an unexpected Op and my sister-in-law had some premier protein drinks leftover from her little handicapped sister who passed this past spring. She don't need protein drinks now. Bless her sweet little heart. She is safe with Him now.

Granny I just wanted to tell you I used to have terrible cramps in my legs at night especially to the point I would get Charlie horse! So painful. I started taking potassium pills. I don’t know if they have chewable but it’s worth looking into. No more pain or cramping!! First day I took it. God bless you and I hope you find the answers

I’m so glad your legs are somewhat better, Granny. I had a root canal a couple days ago and am experiencing horrible pain, constantly icing my cheek and living on ibuprofen and aspirin with little relief so would appreciate your viewers prayers for healing
I've been there with dental pain, not a fun experience. I found biting down on a black tea bag helped me when I had wisdom teeth removed, so that's my go-to. And, lots of rest. I hope you feel better soon.
If you have leg cramps, you can add an inch or two of tonic water (NOT mineral water)to juice or any drink that fizz goes okay with. It will absolutely stop a leg cramp for me. it has a little bit of quinine in it. I don't know if yours cramp or not. It might help for leg pain, too. The grocery has it in the drink mixer section where alcohol is sold. It's cheap, too!
I’m going to try the magnesium too. But can’t decide between the tablets or spray! Although my PCP told me it can cause some heart palpitations if I take too much. I Love those pillows ❤
I had my doctor do a blood test to check my magnesium and it was extremely low. Most articles I read said most older women are low in magnesium. My legs feel a lot better now that I have been taking it a couple of months.
September is a better choice. It's my birthday month. I hope I can drive to Disney world. I am having minor surgery next week and I should be able to drive by then😊
Glad you got magnesium, Ms Rosa. You'll find you sleep a bit better with the magnesium, also helps with muscle cramps, regulates blood pressure and is beneficial for controling diabetes. I'm sure you've researched it by now 😊. I learned we are more likely to become deficient in magnesium as we age and headaches are one of the many symptoms.
A 1/4 cup of dill pickle juice stops muscle cramps quickly. (Lots of info online.) Magnesium (daily) is wonderful too. If you're taking magnesium, use the dill pickle juice for "break thru" cramps.
Please have a check up re: leg pain. Dr will check to make sure your circulation is good. So easy to evaluate and treat and so very important. You are so active and eat well, so your main risk factor for circulation problems is being a former smoker.

Love the pillows . Do you know why your legs hurt . Have you tried eating bananas or other foods with potassium. Also pickle juice is good for leg pain .
