Technically speaking, the next time you make a pbdj, you will have been preparing for years for that moment. It's just... You preparation is a lot different from this minor deity's.
The most original take I’ve seen on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Like you often watch random cooking videos for fun and as delicious as the food is it doesn’t catch you off guard ’cos you expect that from a chef but this was honestly surprising for me like I don’t expect anyone thinking like that. Legend. I would devour those spring rolls.
Honestly, I’ve met this man twice and both times, he was so gracious and kind. I love it when you meet your heroes and they actually turn out to be genuinely good people 💛✨✨✨
My man looks like the perfect father. Almost like my father - 30 budweisers a day and all the abuse. Lucky young man rite there I hope he realizes that.
Nothing being used here is even remotely expensive apart from like duck eggs which can be hard to find, but again aren’t particularly expensive. If you have a ducks being raised nearby you can get them both fresh and cheap af. Strawberries, spring roll wrappers, a 2$ can of coconut cream. this is basic staple shit lol. You should let all the broke college students out there know that peanut butter is apparently beyond their means. Homie is incredibly talented, but idk why people act like he’s shitting gold when he does basic shit like in this short. that jam was mediocre for example, using pectin is a shortcut. Dude made a spring roll with literal basic staple ingredients. I bet it tasted like a fried spring roll with hot strawberry jam and peanut butter, because that’s what it is.
Not saying I don't have a great father. He's a specialist in car damage reports I say "I love you dad" all the time. Some skill sets aren't really there. Like cooking. Gifted he may be in numbers, not a great cook. Um. I feel like you should open yourself to a more positive mindset. Also don't smoke weed.
@@alejandrovera1858Its an emotion they cannot control. They're allowed to feel envious, jealous or angry. What matters is not taking it out on other people. Which they haven't done far as I know.
Yeah, its a shame i see amazing dishes here then find out theres not even a list of ingredients (measurements) of it, not even a "similar but different" maybe dont reveal all of his secrets and techniques, but cmon, food prep without recipes or full.blown video? Missed opportunity
@@paulbarclay4114 well, yeah, i know that fame or money is probably something he is not struggling with, what i meant by secrets, is that maybe theres a variation on his recipes or something along those lines, as in, i dunno, the recipe for a sauce, everyone knows the ingredients, but maybe different amounts or prepwork is done to enhance some ingredient. In any case, i think we all would love to see a full blown video of "how to", hell, he could keep the shorts, and every month just make a poll to whats the most wanted video and make a video about that particular recipe, or the one with most views, i dunno. Because this pb&j looks amazing, but i know i would mess it up without proportions lol
@@collinsmcrae Not boiled, literally fried the yolk, the butter was bubbling hot before he added the (likely room temp) whisked yolk, and he kept it moving until golden brown, breaking it up. That would just be pure richness.
Something us regular cooks at home can do to level up a pb&j is to toast it in a pan with butter. It’s so good. This video kinda makes me wanna try deep frying it though lol
You’re lucky man to have a dad who loves to cook & makes food into a beautiful work of not only art but makes it look like damn i want some of that! Looks good!!! . My stepdad unfortunately hates to cook & treats cooking more of a chore 😒
lmao i just made a grilled pb / cream cheese /strawberry preserve sandwich on homemade pugliese bread . I need something to watch and this popped up. im not asking you to believe me ..WHAT ARE THE CHANCES
