@@johnsmith1953x Sinking Fund. I made a quick calculation for the two bedroom fees (all of them). It will be around $150 a month paid annually.

Any westerners living in Thailand let me know how the food situation is out there. Yes, I know the food is good, but do you miss western food/brands/etc. What do you do when you crave fast food?

You can get western food anywhere in asia. It’s usually better than in the west lol. The west always have this impression that once they leave they can never have their food again, when in reality it’s always 100x better outside of US Also fast food is soo much better in thailand. you actually have more than just mcdonald’s 😂 can you believe it?
