So the audio technica sounds less muddy because its a condenser mic and the manono pd200x is a dynamic so they are different the audio technica is for like music studio and the pd200x is for podcasts but both sounds good
Also Sensei dankpods said this but it is actually quite good advice but. For most audio equipment, good stuff will stay good. You still see like beryldynamics DT770’s around and they were made in the 80’s
Potentially, but I’m not sure. I know there are specific things people look for in mic’s for recording music in terms of pickup pattern and frequencies it’s good at, but I don’t know enough to give a good recommendation on that
