I saw a great idea on a RU-vid video for cleaning the inside of lenses… a girl cut up a polishing cloth, put the bits inside the headlamp unit, pushed in an air gun. The pieces of cloth whizzed around inside & did a great job of cleaning the inside of the glass & the reflector!
Cheers, I used Meguiars Ultimate Compound, its not too abrasive. You can use a 2 stage coarse and fine cutting compound. Mask around the lights so you don't damage the surrounding paint...
