RECIPES:
Ingredients
250 g of butter
125 g of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 bag of baking powder
500 gr all-purpose flour
2 vanillas
300 g of jam of our choice
Method
First, work the cold butter together with the sugar until they are soft.
Along the way, add the eggs and mix.
Then, we incorporate the baking powder, vanilla and flour and shape with our hands.
When our dough is ready, cover it and leave it for 45 minutes in the refrigerator.
As soon as our dough is ready, we divide it into two parts, where one is bigger than the other.
We take the large piece of dough, open it into a sheet and place it on a 28 cm non-stick tart pan and press it to apply, as shown in the video. NOTE: If our tart pan is not non-stick, butter it.
Then, with the help of a knife, cut the protruding dough.
Spread the jam. We can put any jam we like best.
Roll out the rest of the dough into a sheet and cut it into strips with a thickness of 1 centimeter.
Then, we give the characteristic shape and clean the edges.
Finally, bake at 180 degrees Celsius, on the resistances, until golden brown.
