The classic kharcho soup is made from beef in a special dressing - tklapi. Without this, sun-dried plum puree, it is difficult to make real kharcho. Alternatively, you can use tkemali sauce, cherry plum or pomegranate juice.
In this video I will show you how to cook kharcho soup with chicken in Georgian. This Georgian dish is prepared without potatoes, but always with rice. Tkemali sauce is used as a dressing. The recipe for chicken and rice soup is quite simple.
INGREDIENTS OF GEORGIAN SOUP KHARCHO:

🔸 Chicken leg - 2 pcs.
🔸 Bow - 1 pc.
🔸 Carrots - 1 pc.
🔸 Garlic - 3 cloves.
🔸 Rice - 100 g.
🔸 Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons.
🔸 Salt to taste.
🔸 Hops - suneli - 1 tsp.
🔸 Tomato paste - 3 tbsp. spoons.
🔸 Tkemali sauce - 1-3 tbsp. spoons.
🔸 Any greens - 1 bunch.
