Pork knuckle - 2 PCs.
Chicken legs - 2 PCs (800 gr.)
Water-on 2-3 centimeters higher meat.
Carrots - 1 PC.
Onion-2 PCs.
Salt-to taste.
Bay leaf-to taste.
Black pepper allspice - to taste.
