Keep doing the good work sir. Many viewers like me want to hear from someone in favour of buyers. Otherwise whole system of real estate is built in favour of builder or seller. All points covered are very true sir. That's why I could never book under construction or pre launch apartment. And yes all clauses are in favour of builder in the agreement. Most people don't read the print. They simply sign it. I did read it and decided against buying apartment once in Gurgaon. Considering these and many other issues, I decided to buy resell property with active RWA. Plus I could see ceiling height, floors, doors, sun, wind direction etc. Only negative is that I have to renovate bathrooms and kitchen area. My friend booked a apartment in Pune and after 8 years when she received it, it wasn't at all what was promised. So she was heart broken. Now she wants to sell it but is unable to sell.
