खूप छान माहिती दिली मॅडम, मला सध्या दुपारी जेवण केल्यानंतर खूप झोप येते साधारण दोन तास तरी झोप जात नाही आणि सकाळी नाष्टा केल्यावर सुद्धा शरीर जड पडते , मी सकाळी पण लवकर उठून व्यायाम करते, तरी दिवसभर फ्रेश राहण्यासाठी मार्गदर्शन करावे

भाकरीच्या सेवनामुळे constipation चा त्रास अधिक होतो..हा माझा वैयक्तिक अनुभव...त्यामुळे शेवटी पोळीभाजी च बरी वाटते....पोळी भाजी वरण भात ...डाव्या बाजूस कोशिंबीर दही चटणी रायते वैगरे घ्यावे..असा चौरस आहार आम्ही लहानपणापासून वाचत आहोत....त्यामुळे आत्ताचे हे नवीन नियम...गहु नको...तांदूळ नको..वैगरे वैगरे पचनी पडणे कठीण जातंय....

गहू खाण्याबद्दल छान माहिती मिळाली. पण एक प्रश्न होता, हल्ली असं ऐकीवात येतंय की, फुलका किंवा भाकरी किंवा वांगी गॅस च्या आचेवर भाजू नये त्यामुळे विषारी द्रव्यांच्या संपर्कात अन्न येते. तर यात तथ्य आहे का?

Thanks for this topic. Could you please make an video on below topic - What to eat in middle times (except lunch n dinner time) to avoid required vitamin deficiency, to keep up good health. How to control food craving during such time. Because most of the people ends up eating unhealthy things ( bread, biscuits, baked and fried snack items) during such middle time.

Majha weight 4-5 years pasna same ahe .. 52 kgs ani height ahe 165 cms .. so mala samjhat nahi mi kami khate ahe ki barobar khate ahe … should I change anything in my diet ? Mi tea or coffee donhi nahi Pitt so sugar tasa pan kami jatey body madhe .. but I do have chocolate or chocolate pastry once in a weekend ..

Teenage and youngsters MUST have wheat in their wheat.I love wheat chapati but I have observed that wheat leads to bloating and heaviness in body.I choose to have it on weekends/occasions.Its tempting but I have learned to resist it. Conclusion: AVOID WHEAT .... especially after 40 yrs
