today I am sharing most demanded recipe on my channel Shadi wale Chole....or halwai style chole...

Ingredients:
Kabuli Chana - 350 gm
Potatoes- 2
Onion (finely chopped)- 1 cup
Fresh Tomato Puree- 1 cup
Garlic (grated)- 1 tbsp
Ginger (grated)- 1 tbsp
Desi Ghee-
Oil- 4 tbsp
Salt- 1 to 1&1/2 tsp
Fresh Coriander- 2 tbsp
Chana Masala ( Chole Masala )- 1 tbsp
Asafoetida(Hing) (dissolved in water)- 1 pinch dissolved in 1 tbsp Water
Cumin Seeds- 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder (Kashmiri Red chili powder/Degi Mirch)- 1 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder- a generous pinch
Dried Mango Powder(Amchoor Powder)- 1 tsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasoori Methi)- 1 tbsp
Dried Tea Leaves- As Required
Indian Gooseberry (Chopped Pieces)- 3-4
Cardamom-1
Bay Leaves- 2-3
Black Cardamom- 1
Cloves-2
Cinnamon (Pieces)- 2-3
