Hamko 6 month ho gya. Ham sirf slow running karte hain, park 🏞️ me 30-25 minutes 😅 Haml long running kar lete hai,but speed badhate hai to agle din pain hota hai 😢

runing karte karte mere pair mai pain ho rha hai sayad cramp aa gya hai .. edi k upar pichhe ki ore .. joints mai.. mai jiske vajah se mai chal nhi paya .. ab one week ka rest lene k baad chalne k layak hua hu.. dar lag rha hai ki runnning karte hue kahi dobara na ho jaye .. abi b pain hai.. kaise thik kare
