bro 3 hours?? you will have negative impact on muscle growth but endurance ko lagi ho vane thik xa..tmro base kasto xa tesmaa depend hunxa 5-8 pullups hanna skaxau vane yaa 3 months maa 15 samma increase garna sakinxa but zero level dekhi ho vane alik garai parla

1st ko answer ..obviously paudaina..that's overtraining of the same muscle time and again..that falls under endurance training rw edi adequate diet ko absence maa muscle loss huna sakxa... 2nd ques ko ans.. exercise ko major principle madhyako euta ho recovery( kunai pani muscle group recover hunalai 48 hours dekhi 72 hours lagxa ) esko matlab pullups vaneko back exercise ho so aja pull ups garyo vane voli rest garera parsi matra garda ramro edi progression chaieko xa vane rw injury prevent garnu xa vane kina vane 48 hours complete vaisakxa back muscle le rest pako

add some weight...either weigh vest or use school/college bagpack full of books( it will aid in progressive overload) and when you try free bodyweight pullups, you can see improvement in repititions

it's normal process..the percentage/rate of your repetition getting increased slows down as you gradually prpgress..for exapmle. in 1st week if you can do 5 reps. then intnext week you may be able to increase up to 3 or 4 and so on..so trust the process
