@dr rajneeshkumarpatel , सर मैं ह्रदय रोग से पीड़ित हूं पहले मैं सुबह-शाम नियमित सैर करता था , परन्तु घुटनों के दर्द की वज़ह से मैं थोड़ी साईकिल चला लेता हूं । सुबह-शाम योगा कपालभाति प्राणायाम कर लेता हूं। क्या यह उचित है।

Bp should be 120/ 80 and around it 5 to 10 is okay.as the age increases upper bp is increases 135 ya 140 tak koi problem nahi.
