Ye toda sa calories badake batere h agr tumko calorie deficite m rhna h tho kuch v khane se phele google m delhklo search krke agr ap beginner hai.. Sir I laughed sooo much when you were talking about Roti, Poori, Paratha, Stuff Kulcha etc. This was explained by you sooo innocently that it really made me attentive. This calorie details is really amazing and very informative. This calorie- information is unique. Its very detailed Gyan and eye opener for me. This is the reason why we all don't loose weight. I generally eat very heavy breakfast.,which consistst of multigrain bread/Poha/Idly /Mathari/Makhane/Sweets/apple/Dosa/Parantha/ with sugarless tea. But after that I yry yo eat less and drink Coconut water/ Fruit juice/Nimbu pani/Vegetable juice. But when I feel hungry I do eat lunch little light. But in evening, I totally loose control and many times I end eating Samosa/Pizza/ Jhal muri/eben sweets. So I also do Pranayam for around 45 minutes to one hour daily. But other half of day I mostly sit or lie down.I am senior person so scitica and knee pain also present. Also I get gas if I eat raw vegetables in lunce. If I take soup or salty items at night, I get swelling and water retention. Too much exercise or long walking increases swelling. Please Guide me if possible. Or I can call you and take your Guidance Doctor Sir. Thanks

Sir ek qna ye hai.. Ki agar ek average insaan ki diet 1800 calories hai aur wo din bhar me 1800 calories he intake karta hai total...aur koi activity nhi krta To 24 hour me wo 1440 calories burn karega .but jo left amount hai 360 calories uska kya hoga??
