Dr. Vinod K.Mishra MBBS, MD, DM (Gastro) is a senior gastroenterologist , herpetologist, and endoscopist. He is an alumni of prestigious post graduate institute of medical education & research, (PGIMER) Chandigarh. He is a busy gastroenterologist performing about 1000 endoscopic procedures per month. He specializes in liver problems and all gastrointestinal diseases. He is trained in endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, and endoscopic ultrasound.He has previously worked at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Medical College, Jabalpur. He was President of UP chapter of Gastroenterology society.
The GASTRO LIVER HOSPITAL, where he works is a gastroenterology and herpetology super speciality hospital. Hospital has MEDICAL, and SURGICAL wings. It has ICU and plenty of accommodation facilities of different levels. The hospital performs all complicated and advanced surgeries under team of very senior and experienced gastro surgeon . डॉक्टर साहब हमसुबह उठने के बाद मे पानीपीते है फिर पैखाना😢जाते उसके बाद ऐक ऐक घटे पर दश बजे तक तीन बार जाते उसक बीच मे सिफ दुध दो खजूर और आठ बेदाम और पानी तीन ग्लास पीते है यह कोई बीमारी है दिन मे जीतने बार खाना खायगे दश मिनट के पैखान जाना परता है ईशा कोई ईलाज बताए 😢😢नमस्कार

अंडा इसलिए बेस्ट है क्यूंकि ये सस्ता है और शरीर के लिए सभी जरूरी 9 एमिनो एसिड होता है और 100% अवशोषित होते है और इसका यलो पार्ट भी गुड कोलेस्ट होता है और पाचन भी पूरा 2अंडा तक बाकी दूध पनीर चना सोया में ये सभी गुण एक साथ पास नही होता

Eggs has multiple benefits having many Nutrients and vitamins. Overall a good source of food . Protein is just one thing taken .. There is no vegan food source who has kind of diversity that one egg has.

अपने College time में मैंने जब बॉडी बिल्डिंग शुरू की तो मुझे Protin के लिए नॉनवेज खाने की सलाह दी गयी , लेकिन मैं चुकि शाकाहारी था नॉनवेज नही लिया फिर मैंने नेट पर सर्वोत्तम प्रोटीन आहार के लिए search किया तो Soyabean के दाने को पाया उसका दूध खूब पिया उससे न केवल बॉडी बनी बल्कि चेहरे पर Glow भी आया । इसमें Iron फॉस्फोरस भी बहुत अधिक मात्रा में होता है ❤

@@shubhamrai8194 I know , they may cause an increase in uric acid. But only if u consume in large quantities and that too very frequently . But , if you consume than occasionally and in moderation ( 25 to 30 gm in a single day) , then they may be helpful. They chaim to have a whopping 52 % protein. If u know some serious side effects , Please let me know . Thanks.

Soya chunks are complex protein source. If you eat more than 50 grams chunks in a day, your hormones will disbalance and you may face men boob problem.

@@pavanshukla8351 yes, moderation is the key. I don't eat more than 30 gms per day. That too just thrice a week. For remaining protein needs I use black channa, and pulses along with roti. Overall , u need a balanced diet . 👍
