Morning subh uthte hi tambe ke brtan ka pani jinke ghutno me drd hai bo 3/5 daane methi Dana ke raat ko tambe ke brtn me bhigo kr subh kulla krne se phle pio.. Uske bad kpalbhati, anulom vilom or cycling or other weigh loss Yoga kro.. Uske bad Ashwghndha leaves 3/4 khao... Uske 1ghnte bad Loki juice ya kheera tomato juice pio.. Isme 2 chamch alowera 2 chamch amla juice and 2 chamch wheatgrass lo... 10 bje se phle poha ya Dalia ya multigrain atta ki ek do chapati lo... Duphr 12 bje salad khao... 1/2 ghnte bad lemon juice ya mint juice lo ya ots sattu bhi le sakte ho kbhi kbhi.... Sham ko 3 se5 bje tak fruits kha sakte ho mosmi, papaya etc... Yaad rakho bnana 3 bje ke Baad Khane se weight bdhta hai... Morning time hi ek hi bnana khao.. 5/6 bje soup bna lo jo Swami Nityanand Ji ne upper vedio me bta rkha hai... Guru ji please baccho ke liye bhi koi diet plab banaye. Taki baccho ki growth sahi ho aur nutrition bhi sab mil paaye bacchr early morning ghar se chale jate hai aur dopahar mai do baje ke baad aate hai unko kya school ke liye de kya ghar per de.
