Any vegetables of ur choice u can use here.. I have used, pumpkin, potatoes, radish, banana stem, pointed gourd, beans etc..
For the bhaja masala take Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds, bay leaf and dry red chilli.. Roast them and grind..
