The Kalyana Veetu Sambar prepared in Tanjore is well-known for its authenticity.
As soon as I stepped into Tanjore, I was delighted to see the greenery. It was a complete treat for one’s eyes to see the agricultural lands.
Similarly, I was astonished to see the Tanjore Palaces, Tanjore Painting and the Tanjore Dancing Dolls. Along with these, I happened to witness an excellent experience, which is none other than the Veena making. I witnessed the detailed procedure on what kind of wood is used, the time for processing and the number of days it takes to make a veena.
