Thank u madam, I'm really worry about my mummy tummy ... 😢 But i stsrted doing these excercise on daily basis 2 weeks after i really surprises i can feel the difference... My abdominal muscles like six pack... It really worked .. ladies follow this ..nd break others opinion about your body

நடை பயிற்சியை விட சிறந்தது வேறு எதுவும் இல்லை. நம்முடைய பாட்டிமார்கள் எங்கு போனாலும் நடந்தே செல்வார்கள். அதினால் சுக பிரசவம் & 10 குழந்தைகள் பெற்ற பிறகும் கூட தட்டையான வயிறு மேலும் நோய் நொடியின்றி 80 - 100 வயது வரை வாழ்ந்தனர். வீட்டில் உள்ள பைக் கார் சாவிகளை எடுத்து பீரோவீல் பூட்டி வைத்து விட்டு எங்கு போனாலும் நடந்தே செல்லுங்கள். ஓரே மாதத்தில் மாற்றம் வரும்

Sir pls don't give loose talks , today Pergancy and delivery became as business. even in government hospital also they are not doing services r in passion way in my pergancy time i use to walk and do all home work i had spend one whole day in labour ward i had c section and i only know that what did they spoken and they behaved , it's very easy to compare , at grand mother generation and our mother generations most of them had delivery in homes only and that time people service mind too, so please don't give this like statement regarding delivered and their health. Pls avoid this statement

Hello mam I have completed 10 month after my c-sec but i don't have DR but my belly size look like 5 pregnancy, can do this excercise for reduce my belly size?

Thankyou very much!! This really works.. Im working this fr past 1 week.. My DR reduced and my mummy tummy also gt reduced a lot.. It gives confidence to me.. Im a MOM of 1 year 4 mnths old baby... Go for this excersises sure... Thanks a lot mam..

@@gladdylemis4881 yes!! Enaku nalla vayiru kuranjirchu.. DR m reduced.. Avagga sonna maari sets follow pannen.. 35 mnts aagudhu.. Ipdi continuous ah one week pannen.. Nalla reduce aagirku..

Very useful mam. Have been 2 months since my c section. I have just started doing these exercises. Kindly advice if 20.mins per day would be sufficient. Also, while doing I could feel some vibrations around the thigh area. Is it good sign mam?

20 mins time is okay ma. Thigh shaking is quite normal in the beginning. After few days it will reduce.

Mam first time seeing your vedio when randomly searched for tummy reduce clips.. really very informative .. I undergone with c section 2yrs ago I have tummy bulging out. And as per ur instructions I checked that with two finger but couldn't get it properly., Feel like gap is there but also feel like hard skin there.. plz say some other idea to find that And after c section my weight is getting reduce ,I couldn't reach my normal body also.. plz suggest some idea to gain weight

If you have dr problem, you can do now also ma. Otherwise do some core strengthening exercises
