We need an independent enquiry commission with a sitting or retired judge approved by all parties and civil society on the atrocities committed by both YCP and TDP party workers on their opponents. We want an end to these vendetta politics and want to establish a civil society in AP which obeys the rule of law and in which all citizens can live with peace and dignity of life.

Professor garu, I feel this conversation is not well balanced. The question we should be asking is if we should spare the people who have violated rules? If this culture is allowed then dodgers will demise rule of law. Similarly we should not be complacent with corrupt and we should bring them to justice. I agree with all other points and my humble request is to clarify my view.
