Ingredients
Raw Mango-1
Coconut milk-2cup(of 1)
Water -1 cup
Small onion-10
Ginger -one small piece
Chilli powder-1/2tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder-1/2tsp to 1
Coriander powder-1 1/2tsp
Turemeric powder-1/4tsp
Vinegar-1 -2 tbsp
Salt-
Sugar-one pinch
Fennel seed powder-1 pinch
Cinammon powder-1 pinch
Green chilli-3
Curry leaves -
Coconut oil-1tsp
Small onion -3
For marination
Chilli powder -2pich
Turmeric powder-2pinch
Vinegar-1tbsp
Salt-
Method
Marinate the mango pieces with turmeric powder, chilli powder ,vinegar and salt ..Keep aside for 20 minutes ..
In a kadai add shallots ,ginger ,green chilli, chilli powders ,turmeric powders ,coriander powders, curry leaves salt and coconut oil .. Mix thoroughly with hand ..
In to that add coconut milk (2 glass ) and 1/2 glass of water ..
Boil for 10 minutes .. then add marinated mango pieces ..
close and cook..
Then add 1 tbsp of vinegar and sprinkle some fennel seed powder and cinnamon powder ..
check the taste ..
sprinkle some sugar and mix..
finally season with shallots and curry leaves ..
so the tasty mango curry is ready to serve ..
Excellent with rice ..
