Authentic Kerala Dishes With My Personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Sardine - 1/2 kg
Chilli Powder -11/2tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder -1tbsp
Turmeric Powder -1/4tsp
Small onion -3
Ginger - Small
Garlic -2
Green chilli -3-4
Curry leaves -
Coconut Oil -1tbsp
Salt -11/2 tsp or according to ur taste
Kudampuli (cambodge )- 2
Water -21/2 cup
Method
Take a chatti add crushed shallots, garlic and ginger. Add curry leaves,1 ½ tbsp chilly powder, Kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, coconut oil and kudampuli. Add water and mix well. Boil this well. Add the sardine. Add green chillies. Cook the fish with the lid on. Adjust the gravy according to your taste and preference. Adjust the salt.
Take a small pan add some coconut oil. Add some shallots. When it is roasted well add curry leaves. Add it to the fish curry.
