If they wanted to make videos about RC's factual errors, it will have to be released as a series rather than 1 or 2 videos. He has loads of them.
Rc clearly said it's an analogy for "survival of the fittest" and not "natural selection". Also it was an analogy and not an example. He made it clear that Survival of fittest doesn't mean the most fittest of the species will survive, the fittest there means those who have the chance of survival and it shouldn't be confused with physically fit. And that is well supported by his analogy of swimmers-baby-train accident. What is wrong in that?

Dr. Malavika Binny instead of admitting her mistake is delivering another talk deftly glossing over the mistakes she has made in interpreting evolution. It is better for one to admit mistakes pointed out hy others especially when they are experts in that field.Biju Mohan should not have given opportunity to ridicule unnecessarily KP and CR who very well explained her mistakes in their video. Remember she is only a historian not an evolutionary scientist.

Used to like your talks. Now I know that every thing has to be taken with a pinch of salt. One should have grace to accept ones mistakes. In social media this kind of ripping up talks is a must to remove misunderstandings. Justifications are an absolute no no. Do you really mean that they should not have brought out those gotchas?
Very disappointed to see Biju Menon introducing CRs and KKs video as against Malavika Binny. They were very professional in their criticisms and very beautifully explained what I clearly see as lapses in Malavika Binnys presentation. Mansplaining, Caste angle - Seriously???? For once the left rationalists have lost the plot. Ravichandran, Krishna Kumar have their faults. But When errors are pointed a dignified acceptance and aiming to do better should have been the approach. Also Malavika Says she presentedccertain facts keeping in mind the level of the audience. Please do not underestimate the intelligence of your audience.
It is always good to point out errors. However, in a lot of videos, Krishna Prasad has taken things too literally in very cringe manner. And here too, they completely overlooked the point she made. The core idea she tried to convey was that we as a patriarchal society have made male the default human and female always the different, the other or a special case and she is saying that even science is not immune to this bias. The way Krishna Prasad and the other guy handled the tone of their video completely proved her point, especially when they wrapped up the video saying that somehow her point is about making men and women identical and denying anatomical differences to uphold equality. The most arrogant thing they did that proved her point was when they said, that if they want to study female bodies, then motivate people to do so, as if studying the female body is a different thing from studying human bodies, implying default human is male. That was her original point. Society always approaches things from a male point of view and often ignores non-male perspectives. It is a fact that bigoted people have always used the aesthetics of science to justify their bigotry and scientists like him should be willing to accept this fact and acknowledge that science has also been prone to biases that we had. There is nothing wrong with acknowledging those issues, and in fact, that is a truly necessary thing these pop science people should do in order to keep out the bigots and the bigots further bringing an ugly image to their field. Their commentary didn't come out as genuine work of pointing out factual errors but more like a disagreement with her politics.

Your justification about the Rig Veda is also inaccurate. While it's true that the Central Asian community migrated to India and wrote the Vedas, it happened after their arrival in India. The Aryan migration occurred between 1800 and 1500 BCE, whereas the Rigveda was composed between 1500 and 1000 BCE. Accepting and rectifying errors will never make anyone less. Additionally, this justification video is akin to how kids react on Facebook.
