Curd - 3/4 cup

For tempering:
Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Dry chilli - 2

Chopped ginger - 1 1/2 tsp

Asafoetida powder - 1/4 tsp
Potato Stir Fry ( Urulakkizhang Mezhukkupuratti ) :
Potato - 2 ( 250g )
Oil
Crushed shallots - 3
Crushed garlic - 3 ( medium )
