I was trying to give my new house contract to him............as I am from Kannoor...I tried to contact his Kannoor agent also...........But none of them positively contacted me..Even I spoke to Mr. Shinoj as I got impressed on his designs........But Mr. Shihoj and his sub contractors never contacted me ..which was agreed by him on August..he is a wonderful archirtech........but (may be due to his over work load) dont care about the new enquiries like I did

@@shibilt7131 Architect with artistic skills and passion. (If you cannot afford, you yourself can be a decent designer with scale, pencil, and paper. I did interior design like that only, and it worked well. But for house design, I will also consult an Architect since my plot is challenging for construction. Project management you yourself must do otherwise you will land into soup).
