I have 4 finger gap & umbilical hernia when I started this exercise. after 9 monthof doing this my gap is reduced & now it is 2 fingr gap.very effective exercise.

Thanks much for this awareness. My first delivery was 6 years ago and since then my tummy was bulging in front and a lot of fat.. I was always ashamed to go out.. I just had my second baby 3.5 months ago and my tummy bulged even more. After seeing your video I just checked if i have diactasis recti.. yes!! 4 fingers pokunnundu.. shall I wrap tummy as well as do the exercises for quick change or any diet I can follow.. since I am so frustrated about people asking me if I am pregnant again :'(
