👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️ എനിക്കും മൈഗ്രൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു... എന്നോടും dr പറഞ്ഞു weight കുറക്കാൻ 2yr back. അന്നുതുടങ്ങിയ പോരാട്ട മാണ് എന്റെയും വണ്ണം കുറയ്ക്കുക എന്നത്..... അന്ന് 74kg ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.. ഇപ്പോൾ 62kg എത്തി.... 55kg എത്തും വരെ ഇനിയും മുന്നോട്ടു തന്നെ......

ഞാൻ തുളസിയുടെ If വീഡിയോ കണ്ട് wtloss തുടങ്ങിയാളാണ്.. അതു 4 മാസമായി തുടരുന്നു .ഒപ്പം work out ഉം .... നിങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞത് 100% ശരിയാണ്. എല്ലാറ്റിനും ഉപരി നമ്മൾ ഹാപ്പിയായി ജീവിക്കുക.. 85-ൽ നിന്നും 64 ലെത്തിയ ഞാൻ ഹാപ്പിയാണ്. ആകെ പ്രശ്നം ചെറിയ ഹെയർ ലോസ് ഉണ്ട്👍

ടു ഡേയ്സ് ആയി എനിക്ക് മൈഗ്രെയ്ൻ ആയിട്ടു.... അപ്പോളാണ് ചേച്ചിടെ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടേ..... ഇന്റർമിഫാസ്റ്റിംഗ് ഇൽ ആണ്..... ഇപ്പോൾ എന്റെ കറന്റ്‌ weight.75കെജി ആണ്.... ഇതുകൂടി കേട്ടപ്പോൾ ഉറപ്പിച്ചു.... കുറച്ചേപ്പട്ടുള്ളു... ഇതിനു മുൻപ് 80കെജി ആയിട്ടു 63കെജി ആക്കി കുറച്ചതാ. One monthil... ആര്യ ചേച്ചിടെ zumbha ചെയ്തും ഫുഡ്‌ കുറച്ചും... ഇപ്പോൾ ലോക്കഡോൺ ആണ് enne വീണ്ടും engane ആക്കിയേ. ഇപ്പോൾ കുറെയായി ഞാൻ ചേച്ചിടെ വീഡിയോ കാണുന്നു.. ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ weight കുറയുണ്ട്.. കുറെ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടു diet എടുത്തു gain ചെയ്യാ ചെയ്തേ... ചേച്ചിടെ വീഡിയോസ് ആണ് ഹെല്പ് aye🥰🥰🥰

So njan aadyam thanne IF il aanu thudangiyathu. 2020 November 1 st nu start cheythu with 72 kg now I'm 58kg.Really bore adikkumpol njanum GM, military pole enthenkilum one week cheyyum.Friends ellaarum Thulsi paranja pole healthy aayi weight loss cheyyu with diet and regular work out athaanu eppazhum nallathu. From my experience also.

Pinne first okke only 40 minutes walking aayirunnu. Pathukke HIIT,cardio okke cheyyan thudangi. Ippol Thulsi parayunna HIIT,walking cheyyunu.
