I was joined to a company in 1995 and resigning w.e.f. 31st March 2023. When I tendered my resignation to Head of Dept he accepted and granted leave also. My last working day was 9th .arch as I have applied leave for the rest of the Days. Head of HR gave me a letter stating my resignation letter is not accepted and the leave I applied are unauthorized. Also I have given onee month notice but they state to give three month notice. I have not replied to the letter issued to me on the 9th March so far but I have written on the acknowledgement copy that I am not agreed with the contents. Can the Company take legal action against me please?
