Ribka and her whole family are such an inspiration. I have had a great pleasure meeting her at her book signing in Barnes and Nobles MN. I did buy her book at that same event and got my book signed. Always support my people when they do good things and here it goes, this is how she showed her appreciation. Thanks Ribka, very big shoes to fill but always inspired to follow your footsteps.

Thank you so much for the program ARTS WEG. Four years ago I saw this incredible interview and registered my sister to the academy. Now she is one of the graduates of 2024 first batch of Haile Manas Academy. The family of Professor Getachew Haile, like Rebecca Haile, are the kind of Ethiopians that Ethiopia needs. They have passion for knowledge, they have true love for mother Ethiopia, they are dedicated, great achievers and the best role model for Ethiopians. Give them the chance depending on their population ratio. Give them the opportunity for atleast one or two students from other regions as long as they qualify the entrance requirement. You will be....... at the end of the day.

Ethiopian education system must emulate such a profound thought. Why education and how we create educated community that share values and having a vision to make a change and contribute. Ethiopian education system lacks critically defined purposes and goals. Creation of healthy, open minded and responsible citizen that think and aspire achievement of bigger goals to the service of human being and fellow citizen, with out much desire for self gratification. The purpose of good education is to create a person capable of serving humbly to human needs and aspiration. This is going to be a center of excellence for soul shaping educational architecture. A place for trained, self aware, socially responsible, creative educated humane. This is a place for functional education purposeful for self attainment and fulfillment of national and global desire one possibly wishes to achieve. A citizen that locally connected and globally inspired. The failure of Ethiopian education is lack of mentor-ship and guidance to students in identification of subject and carrier that a student can excel and become the best performer and achiever than simple grade based academician. I am very grateful to see such a ground changing initiative that shape the nation future. This work is also a standard setting work for true pedagogical foundation, the school of thinking. An interesting investment to shape humane nature. I cannot thank you enough. You are making your own Monument and monuments of many Ethiopian children to come. Actually Monument for Renascence of Ethiopian Education or Ethiopian itself. Please work in creation of a new kind of teachers to meaningfully achieve the mentoring of a kind of students you desperately desire to make. As the one is the means to the end. what a great idea. but they should help first and foremost the Amharas-people, who are having problems, and still leaving in hardship and degrigation. why Amharas are so stupid is so mind boggling. What is wrong with Amharas helping the other Amharas? They are pleasing others, so that they are considered open-minded. how stupid &. silly. No wonder, the problems of Amharas will keep happening as long as people like Rebecca are narrow minded. Clever peeople usually help their surrounding before including others.
